Hey there!

I’m Madelyn — Board Certified Integrative Health Practitioner, Certified Lactation Specialist, and mom of three.

My journey into integrative health began long before I knew what functional

medicine was. I struggled with various health issues from a young age that

conventional care couldn’t fully explain. Through my own

healing journey, I discovered the power of root-cause approaches and

personalized care, and it changed everything.

Now, as a mom of three, my health matters more than ever. Not just for me, but

for the family I want to show up fully for. It’s become far too normal to live with chronic dis-eases, fatigue, hormone issues, or autoimmune flares, and just accept that “this is how it is.” I don’t believe it has to be that way.

Today, I combine functional health care and lactation support from preconception through the postpartum years, My goal is to help you restore energy, balance your hormones, optimize digestion, and feel confident feeding your baby, so you can thrive in this important season of life.

Caro Tripp
Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach | The Strength Collective

Caro is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and Pregnancy & Postpartum Specialist with a master’s degree in Exercise Science. After half a decade of coaching at the collegiate level, her own journey through pregnancy, birth trauma, and postpartum recovery reshaped her mission: to bring women the strength, education, and support she wished she had.

She founded The Strength Collective to bridge the disconnect between women’s health research and what women actually receive in fitness and rehab settings. Caro’s work is grounded in helping women understand their bodies, rebuild safely, and gain the strength they deserve - physically and emotionally.

Caro now works with over 50 women weekly, from teenagers to women in their 70s, helping them build strength, resilience, and long-term wellbeing at every stage of life.
